Shipping:
Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery, as each basket is carefully packed and shipped from Ghana. We recommend ordering in advance to avoid delays.
Reshaping & Care Instructions:
Due to the natural materials and shipping process, your basket may arrive slightly misshapen. To restore its shape, simply rinse with water, reshape gently, and let air dry. You may also notice some stray strands—feel free to trim them with scissors for a neat finish.
